Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients, corporate buyers, and businesses that can benefit from Mfolks’ procurement solutions.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calling, professional emailing, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Market Research: Understand industry trends and client pain points to pitch our services effectively.
  • Sales Support: Assist senior sales executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and scheduling client meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to build strong, long-term corporate relationships.
  • CRM Management: Keep a clean record of all daily outreach and client interactions in our tracking system.

Requirements & Qualifications (Who We Are Looking For)

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus).
  • Mindset: A highly positive, confident, and resilient attitude—someone who views “No” as just the first step to “Yes.”
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tech-savvy enough to learn sales tools quickly.
  • Drive: A strong desire to build a career in sales, meet targets, and continuously learn about the B2B supply chain industry.
